STOP WORKING OUT AND TRAIN - Instead of wasting your time at the rec centre guessing about what to do, embark on a planned training program to be the strongest, most explosive athlete you can possibly be

SMALL GROUPS OF 4 ATHLETES - Athletes will receive the benefit of training in a team environment while getting individual coaching

GAIN 5-10LBS OF MUSCLE OVER 6 WEEKS - Put the methods in place to fill out your frame for your position

GET FAST(ER) - Each training session will include field training to increase technical speed, agility and explosive power

LEARN TO TRAIN - Athletes will receive a full COLLISION training manual with guidelines on how to train as an athlete

RECOVER BETTER - Performance happens outside the gym. COLLISION athletes will receive access to recovery workouts incorporating yoga, SAQ drills and pool workouts.
